Site is down in different places,modem restart solves Pblm

Hi  I need urgent help... I am in a gr8 Trouble bse of my issue..It is starnage issue ...

Our website was working from the last two years without any issue. Three days back we face a strange issue and repeating again and again.

I can access our site from my home PC and when I try to access from my office PC it is showing error "connection was reset".When I restarted the modem the problem solved.This issue I face 3 days back

These issues are happening suddenly and today also face the same issue

From the home PC also I cannot access the site and from Office PC also not possible to connect. But when my friend browse the site from another place Site comes up...

What is the problem.Recently no any changes we did and server also working perfect without any issue...

Client side also this same issue arise today...Client called me and said site is not working. But when I tested n my PC it comes up.

Where ever this problem happens, If we will restart the modem problem will solve. But this process is repeating different places. I cannot tell client to restart modem always...How can I solve this
