isa + tmg is have a big problem, " I'm upset"

Hello ...

I have ISA server 2006 ,,,,
I make rules in firewall to deny some extensions, examble mp3 but when open website any website work under https like facebook or soundcloud , no control on this website.

so I'm download TMG trial, and the same problem, what is this?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

control on http but https no,,, any one explane this error,,,,,

help plz...I'm tried for this problem> alot .....
