Windows DNS forwards on to a proxy

Hi,

I am running a DNS and 3rd party proxy on windows home server 2011 (based on windows server 2008 R2). I want the DNS to forward on to the proxy. Is there any way I can do this without plugging modem into the server then the router.

Please note - I already set up router to forward on to the dns.
