Radius Extension Pre & Post NPS Authentication?

I have been reviewing NPS Extension framework for an authentication extension.  Is there any way for the extension to run AFTER NPS Authentication?

This would be a great method to add dual factor authentication to NPS but it would be ideal to have the option where the 2nd factor authentication occurs.  Either before or after primary NPS authentication.
